As the sun dips and the evening settles in, The Rose After Dark invites you to a private outdoor dining experience unlike anything else in North County.
For one night only, the chef from Sabor y Arte will take over The Yellow Rose Inn to present a bold 3–4 course menu of elevated Mexican cuisine with Southern California flair—a modern interpretation of vibrant flavors, fresh ingredients, and beautiful presentation and plated dinner.
