As the sun dips and the evening settles in, The Rose After Dark invites you to a private outdoor dining experience unlike anything else in North County.
For one night only, the chef from Sabor y Arte will take over The Yellow Rose Inn to present a bold 3–4 course menu of elevated Mexican cuisine with Southern California flair—a modern interpretation of vibrant flavors, fresh ingredients, and beautiful presentation and plated dinner.
The evening begins with light bites and a welcome reception, followed by a chef-driven dinner served under the stars. There will be music, an immersive ambiance, and subtle entertainment woven throughout the night, creating an atmosphere that feels intimate, stylish, and a little bit rebellious.
